By commissioning a WoolFureverPal, you enter into a sacred agreement with our studio—a pact rooted in trust, creativity, and respect for the timeless bond between humans and their pets. Please read these terms carefully, as they safeguard both your experience and the integrity of our craft.


✨ 1. The Art of Collaboration ✨


  • Customization: Your WoolFureverPal is a bespoke creation, shaped by your stories, photos, and vision. We reserve the right to decline requests that contradict our artistic ethos or violate ethical standards (e.g., offensive designs, unauthorized likenesses).
  • Approval: Final approval is required before shipment. By confirming your design, you acknowledge satisfaction with the representation.


✨ 2. The Sanctity of Creation ✨


  • Intellectual Property: All WoolFureverPal designs, including photos and prototypes, remain the intellectual property of WoolFureverPals. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Copyright: While you own the physical artwork, we retain the right to showcase your piece in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.


✨ 3. Payment & Refunds ✨


  • Deposits: A 50% deposit secures your commission. The balance is due upon design approval.
  • No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the creative process begins. This policy aligns with industry standards and protects the time invested by our artisans.


✨ 4. Shipping & Liability ✨


  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and responsibility for your WoolFureverPal transfer to you upon delivery. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value pieces.
  • Damage Claims: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery if your piece arrives damaged. We will assess repairs or remakes on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customs & Delays: International orders may face duties, taxes, or delays beyond our control. We are not liable for these costs or shipment disruptions.

  • Data Protection: We collect only essential information (e.g., photos, shipping details) to craft your piece. Your data will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Ethical Use: Photos of your pet are used solely for the creation of your WoolFureverPal and deleted afterward, unless you grant permission for artistic reference.
